Matt trained as a mental health nurse and fitness instructor before founding LiveMore.
Matt trained on Nile Ward male psychiatric intensive care unit.
Matt was awarded a Churchill Fellowship to Australia and chairs the CNWL Physical Activity Network.
Dr Joseph Firth
Advisory Board
Joseph is a member of the World Health Organisation's (WHO) Physical Activity Guidelines Group.
Joseph is co-author for the WHO's Guidelines on Physical Activity.
Joseph is Research Fellow at Manchester University and won 2020 UK Research & Innovation Future Leader for Digital Youth Mental Health.
Joseph is Lancet Commission Chair for improving physical health of people with mental illness.
